I must admit that while I love Thai food, after two weeks of traveling I was craving Western food. After gorging myself on Pad thai, Pad se ew and fried rice it was time for a palette cleanser. That’s when we found Rustic & Blue. This highly instragammable bistro popped up on a bunch of recommendation lists.
Keeping reading for more on Rustic & Blue
After having eaten there twice I can see why. There menu features a ton of favorites from chicken & waffles to smoothie bowls to an epic burger. They pride themselves on their food being fresh, local, and with seasonal ingredients. While I can see why Rustic & Blue would attract people due to its aesthetic, their food is the star. Everything we had was the yummiest. Even something as simple as their lavender lemonade was orgasmic. While pricer than other thai restuarnats their portions were large. They also have a cool wall outside in the back that is the perfect spot for a selfie.
If you are in Chiang Mai I would highly recommend a visit to Rustic & Blue
